YOU-Team Messe GmbH becomes an associate partner of the initiative “Germany – Land of Ideas”
Info truck will be in Hall 22b of the Berlin Exhibition Centre at the radio tower from 28th to 30th October 2005
Berlin, 28th October 2005 – YOU-Team Messe GmbH will support the initiative “Germany – Land of Ideas” as a further associate partner.

Within the context of the opening ceremony of Europe’s biggest youth trade fair, YOU Berlin 2005, FC Deutschland Chief Executive Mike de Vries officially handed over the initiative associate partner plaque to Volker Ebener, Managing Director of YOU-Team Messe GmbH & Co. KG.
This was also the start of their first joint engagement. From 28th to 30th October 2005, visitors could obtain information on the initiative at the Land of Ideas truck in Hall 22b of the Berlin Exhibition Centre at the radio tower, become a member of the FanClub Germany, participate in the Land of Ideas quiz, try the shoot out challenge, dribble a ball and test its speed with speed-o-metre. Participants with the highest number of points in the Land of Ideas competition can win a foosball table.
“It is an exciting task to do something for your own country. Through our engagement we want to convey the positive and beautiful qualities of Germany to the youth,” Volker Ebener explains. Mike de Vries sees the co-operative venture as an essential component for the subsequent implementation of further concrete projects. “After the YOU trade fair, the truck will go on the planned Land of Ideas tour until the end of the year. This road show will be performed together with our associate partners”, said de Vries.
Until the end of the year, the tour will stop at the twelve 2006 World Cup venues in Germany. Already in the run-up to the Football World Cup the Land of Ideas initiative will be providing a mixture of information and interactive services, which it invites people to make use of.
