Rudi de Coster brings colour and freshness to Brussels – he runs two flower shops between the EU Commission and the Council of Ministers. "I’ve learned to recognise people’s nationalities by the flowers they buy," he says. "Business is good because flowers are never misunderstood, even in multilingual Brussels."
