At the age of 41, Mojca Senčar, a medical doctor, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Today, she fights the disease with the "Europa Donna" coalition. "Europe is changing the people in Slovenia," says Senčar. "They are becoming more and more open and self-confident, especially when it comes to their rights as patients. They want to be well informed and will look beyond their country’s borders to achieve that."
